The Goddess of East LA Inner-beauty Pageant and Scholarship celebrates resilient local youth who overcome obstacles, maintain strong GPAs, demonstrate community service, and celebrate their cultural identity. It is organized alongside The Goddess Mercado.
Eligibility Requirements
Residency: Must live within East Los Angeles ZIP codes 90022, 90023, 90063, 90032, 90033, or 90040.
Age/Education: High school students in grades 10–12 or college students aged 18–24.
Academic: Minimum 3.0 GPA.
Involvement: Strong sense of cultural/family identity and proof of volunteer service in East LA.
Commitment: Must provide two letters of recommendation and be willing to speak publicly representing the program at local events.
